The woman of mixed blood entered the city on foot. A sudden gust of wind plastered Lashana's cloak to her back, wipping the earth-colored wool around her long, wel-muscled legs, then streaming it out behind her. She wished her cloak was heavier, or that she had worn an extra shirt. Half the time when she tried to tug the cloak back around her it caught either on the quiver swinging at her right hip or the hilt of her sword on her left hip. Trying to hld the cloak closed one-handed was fruitless. she had her bow in her left hand with an arrow nocked and ready to draw; circumstances before she came her ahd taught her to always be prepared. She also had a long knife, several throwing daggers hidden within the folds of her clothing and in all the places you'd be least likely to look. Glancing around, she decided she would not stop, but continue along to the Tower of Da'ika to become a Mind Mage.
