The cool summer rain beats heavily upon the smooth oilcloth claok, the gentle thud of hoof upon saturated dirt turning suddenly to the loud, hollow clap of cobblestone as the sky rumbles and the black clad stranger enters the bustling city of An'kor. Moving into the relative protection of the shop eaves, she pauses, peering out from beneath her hood through the heavy, gray sheets of unmerciful precipitation. Her dark, roving gaze flicks across the street signs, attempting to make out the roughly hewn symbols through the curtain of water. A distant neigh struggles through the sound of the rain and distant thunder, catching her attention. Well.. most inns did not serve her kind, they simply did not have the room.. but it would not be the first time she had spent her night in a stable and it certainly was a more attractive option than spending the evening in this weather.
The large ebony creature steps once more out into the street, moving warily, though not hurridly twoard the sounds...and smells.. of the stable..
