•¤• The broom herded a great pile of dust out the front door of the newly renovated shop, leaving a nasty cloud in it's wake. Nicolette sneezed suddenly, inky curls flying to obscure her face as her head jerked. Brushing the haphazard tresses aside, she watches MATT and STACEY cross the square to the stable. •¤•

"It was a little late, but sincere enough..."

•¤• The thought concerns the apology MATT had made earlier, and with a casual shrug, she dismisses the entire incident from her mind. Ducking back inside the shop, she grabs a wooden bucket and tattered rag, leaving the broom behind. Setting the bucket down, she begins to wash the smeared windows with a determined vigor. Maybe by tommorrow she could open the Clothing Shoppe for business. •¤•
