absolutely no checks will be accepted
time 2:00 p.m registration: 1:00 to 1:30 p.m.
attire: Christmas Wear/winterwear

no one will leave empty handed !!! all children are special !!!
in each age division their will be:
queen/king
winners will recieve nice christmas trophy,beautiful crown & sash
princess/prince
will recieve nice christmas custom trophy
opitional are best hoilday-wear,mostbeautiful/mosthandsome & most eye cacthing
winners will receive custom trophies or medallions
overalls will be:$25.00 at the door
in 0-4, &5-up there will be best hoilday wear/most beautiful/mosthandsome/& most eye catching
winners will win a very nice chritmas gift
supremes will be $25.00 at the door
grand supreme
the highest score of the day will receive custom christmas trophy,beautiful large crown,custom sash,& 100.00
christmas cash!!! you must enter all events to win.
2 mini supreme
the second highest score of the day will receive custom christmas trophy,beautiful crown,custom sash,& 50.00
christmas cash!!!you must enter all events to win.
there also will be a 0-4 & 5& up mini
snow angel supreme
the one contestant with thrid highest score out of the whole pageant winner will recieve
christmas custom trophy,beautiful crown,sash,& 25.00 christmas cash!!!

and agree that all decisions are final and bad sportsmanship will not be tolerated,
resulting in forfeiting of all awards.i will not hold kentucky angel faces pageant
productions,michelle roberts,melissa arnett,judges place where pageant
is being held resonponsilble for any accident,illness,injury,or stolen/lost items that
may occur during,before, or after the pageant.i also understand that no refunds will given,
and that awards can and may be enlarged or reduced,depending on how many contestants
compete.director has the right to substitute awards,i also give permission for photos taken before,
during or after pageant the pageant may be used for publicity on paperwork and on kaf website.
by signing this form,all rights to file claims will be waived.all cash & prizes are based on 25 contestants.
