Hearthfire Inn and Tavern

The Hearthfire Tavern is a quiet place, not exactly in the middle of a town, but not outside of the city's walls, either. Frequented by those who have less silver to spend than the nobility, it is modest, and also offers board to those who wish it. The food is hardly mediocre; the chef (the owner's wife) is a truly talented woman. Furthermore, the serving people are the owner's sons; his daughters are the stablehands. The atmosphere is one of comfort, and everyone is welcome, so long as they don't pick fights with the servers (it isn't wise; who wants to have an angry, cleaver-wielding mother coming at them?). So come in, sit down, and enjoy the surroundings.

Marisii opens the door to the tavern, closing it against the wind that blows outside, and pulls a sword out of the sheath at her hip, holding it up to those present at the inn. It seems to glow red, probably a reflection of her crimson hair, as she declares haughtily, "And you call yourselves swordsfolk? I could best any of you in a circle, and not be breathing hard at the end of it!"

I deleted previous messages to keep sickos from hacking into the board, but the pw is the same, in case you want to take over again:-)
