Don't ask me what they are doing I wouldn't trust any of them as far as i could throw them.
I do know that for the people of this area transfer apprears to be the only option as they have no political influence in the place that they pay their rent to.
So we keep paying out rents and getting a crap service.
I want the people who live in the houses to have control of them, not some distant landlord that doesn't know jack.
But i'm starting to think i'v been naive it will be the same no matter what.
