Now that the proposed housing transfer has collapsed in Hattersley i am really concerned about what they are going to come up with next.
They are talking about a pix and mix approach
(i thought that was a bag of sweets)
PFI is one of the options they have thrown in the hat. What really bothers me is that in a transfer local people get the opportunity to say if they want it or not. It doesn't sound like they have the same say in this pick & mix thing.
I have heard some things about PFI (not a lot) they are using PFI to rebuild the schools in the area but how does it work in housing?
