Written Permission. Prior written permission concerning the use of additional tents and/or recreational vehicles on a site shall not be unreasonably denied if, (1) the request is for a tent not to exceed 150 square feet to be used occasionally for guests, dependent children; and (2) the request is for the right to park on the site an additional recreational vehicle for a period of not more than seven (7) days
