If we are correct that only the race leader (Pereiro) and top 3 on the stage (Landis, Sastre, Moreau) and some 3 randoms get tested, and correct that the postive is not a Spanish or French rider, and further correct that it is someone in the top 10 overall, and further further correct that the randoms most likely were not top 10 (just statistically speaking) that leaves one name.
