Subject: Bandwidth Exceeded

I upgraded the server for the more bandwidth on the 20th but the upgrade is not showing on our admin area.
Working on handling the Forums to find out what has gone wrong and hope to have them back online as quickly as possible. But the moment it looks like it is a administration area.
