AIGCP = Association Internationale des Groupes Cyclistes Professionnels.
Or in English: International Association of Professional Cycling Teams. i.e. this association is supposed to represent ALL professional cycling teams and not just the PT teams. Nevertheless (in the reference you gave to VRT) there seems to be just one person (Corti) on their board representing a ProContinental team (while Barloworld [Corti] too could be moving to PT in 2007). Needless to say, most Pro teams are continental and not PT.

So there's representation for you. :-\
