It only shows if you are registered and logged in.
If someone just comes into read they can not use this feature.
It would be wonderful if the forum gave you a chance to open in the current messages or in the multiple forums for the public and casual reader wouldn't it?
It would make it more like the simple intuitive message boards we have enjoyed for 5 years on the DP. It might alwo inspire more to join in, dontcha think?
