On Jan 1 New Years day we will be having an "open house" in our chat room from 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard time. (It often lasts longer!)
This is an open invitation to all the pro riders, team owners and team sponsors and cycling site owners we know to share their good wishes for the new year and talk about the coming season.

To confirm the time from your location you can use this free tool which displays international time on a graphic on a map of earth, it is called "sun clock" and can be downloaded at: <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.mapmaker.com/">http://www.mapmaker.com/</a> .

The chat room, how to get there:

The dailypeloton chat can be entered by clicking on the "chat" button on the left navigator bar on www.dailypeloton.com , or you can go directly to the chat room at: <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.dailypeloton.com/chat.asp">http://www.dailypeloton.com/chat.asp</a> .
No Pass word is needed, you may use any name you wish to enter up to twelve characters without spaces. For example: Cycle fan is entered as Cycle_fan.
Once logged in all you have to do is type your message in the box below the chat window and either hit "enter" on your keyboard or click on "send."
The chat features:
emoticons:lol (laugh out loud) will show a smiley face, other emoticons codes can be found by clicking on emoticon symbol.

(audio emoticons) you can send sounds,click on the sounds symbol. For example *meow*, *choochoo* will produce a singing bird or a train.
Message color: the color of your message can be adjusted by clicking on the "color" button above the chat.
You can also "beep" another person by adding his name as typed to the end of the message, example: "Nice seeing you cycle_fan." a beep will sound to that person on his speakers alone.
All of this makes it a great bit of fun and lively, I hope you enjoy it.

If you have trouble staying in the chat check the help menu. If you are running XP home or Pro it may be that Java is loading twice with the chat.
