hey folks -- one of Pennsylvania's newest and most dynamic female racers was seriously injured at Tour de 'Toona this year.

her helmet saved her life.

i met one of her teammates at the Willliamsport race this weekend -- there will be a fund-raising ride for Sarah on 10/2/05 and a fund-raiser on 11/5/05 at the Manayuk Brew Pub -- hope you can all find a way to support this cause
