If it isn't Landis, then the Times is bluffing which given the gravity of the accusation would be shocking. The headline: "New drugs revelation set to rock Tour to its foundations" - well, a Menchov positive would hardly warrant such a headline. Whittle is the editor of Procycing and has always claimed insider sources: he is the first to provide detailed description of the date and nature of the positive. He then proceeds to discuss Landis and Phonak's drug history in the same article without any logical connection: it is unambiguous Whittle was told Landis was the positive by someone who should know. If it isn't Floyd then I shall be writing the proverbial letter to the Times!
