Subject: The problem with the "natural" arguement

Predicated on the "B" sample coming back positive, which is most likely will (coming from the same urine test - and the testosterone test is pretty robust)...

First, he'll have to make the argument that this was a "natural" high (NPI). That's going to be hard to establish, as he's been tested in and out of competition for a decade now with no other positives. Access to prior testoserone levels from those tests will be critical, as it would be piossible to make a statistical arguement based on those numbers, provided that the data would suppor tsuch a conclusion (a natural positive test resulting from a high produciton of testosterone). I don't remember the numbers, but it's a very small percentage of people who can occasionally spike over the threshold that the UCI / WADA and other Feds use for the "positive" demarcation.
