Excellent. Congratualtions to Matthew for a job well done.

My favorite paragraph:

The first morning that we (my mom and I) were in San Francisco we went to the opening of the 1,000th T-Mobile retail store for a press conference. I was expecting to meet really nice people and thought they would come up to me and ask me to interview them. I didn’t realize I would have to go up to them, introduce myself and ask if they wanted to be interviewed! That was the hardest thing that I had to do.
