This just goes to show that the more things change, the more they stay the same. Makes you wonder just how hard the UCI and race organizers are really trying to crack down on doping, as given how sophisticated the testing has gotten there's yet to be one single rider this year that's failed a doping control that I'm aware of.

It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest to know that there is collusion going on at the highest levels not to bust riders in order to clean up the sports tawdry reputation. When the only riders getting busted for doping happen as a result of car/hotel searches it's never a good sign that the testers are catching up with the cheats. So much for clean cycling. >:-(
