Hurrah! The Vuelta has really started. Talk about a stage shaking out the weakest! Looking at the top ten all I can say is are we in for a good time. Mancebo looking good, Heras and Nozal, Valverde, Menchov. Even Aitor still in for top ten. Not bad at all. What will tomorrow bring. Will Landis start to crumble? Will Heras continue to take time out of everyone? Nozal the super duper domestique.


The total casualities - Hamilton, Sevilla, Evans (Maybe he has the Hamilton crash syndrome. I read that he crashed going uphill, is that true?) to name a few. Most surprised about Sevilla really. I know he was back there helping Tyler for a while (why on earth??) but he still took a beating.

Thanks to the DP ticker - great stuff there as usual. I couldn't watch much of the stage today so got to put the pieces of the puzzle together rather well by reading through the ticker. The Wall of Sighs - probably what Hamilton is saying about now!
