Actually the Sierra Nevada TT will favor somebody like Landis or Aitor Gonzalez, guys that can climb and TT because while it does have a few "kickers it only averages 5.6%. If Floyds form is on an upward instead of doward turn he can win this thing. Stages 20 and 21 will be huge.
