English is the only language on CSC.
Everyone at CSC speaks English, otherwise they have to learn it to be a part of CSC.

That's a part of Bjarne Riis team policy. Riis says it's important that everybody speaks the same language so nobody ever feels left out of conversations at the dinner table etc.
When the riders are together they are not allowed to speak anything but English to each other. Except for when two Italian or Danish speaking riders are alone for example.

Ivan Basso didn't knew one word of English when he came to CSC, but started taking English courses, so he could communicate the rest of the team.

Bjarne Riis speaks seven languages, but when the team is together the team only speaks English to each other.
