Menchov is a good signing. Leipheimer was a bit of a flyer who did not work out for them; Menchov has far greater potential. And they have Thomas Dekker coming up, if they can keep him. Between Dekker and Lövkvist, the Popyvych - Valverde - Cunego generation are going to be feeling some heat in 3 years or so...
