Hold up a sec, I think we agree on just about all points. I thought your leading post was spot on. The sad part is that USPS did not bring a team to really ride for Floyd. They rode a great TTT but given the climbing talent present they needed to have another decent climber (noval would have been nice) to help out. If Floyd does go on to win, it would be through a decent team effort but an even bigger individual effort.

Maybe you get such responses (like Chris's) because the tone of your replies that follow your posts come off as abrasive confrontational. No big deal.. just letting you know how it may come off.
