In some ways I agree with you as it would probably be more fun to watch an all-american team, but I do think it is probably best for American cycling that their talent is spread out. It really has been amazing how sought-after some of the top Americans are now. A big change from a decade ago.

I agree.

I don't mind guys like Landis, Hamilton etc. leaving USPS for foreign teams but I do want an American team to still be the primary developer for young American talent. For that reason the Danielson signing by FB was disappointing. Although the fact that a team like FB would pluck a guy out of the domestic race scene like they did is certainly an indication of the strength of American cycling.
