I'm not sure that is final. Has Petacchi himself made an anouncement that he is riding? Also, note that Velo and Bruseghin already rode both the Giro and the Tour--why go with these guys when Frigo and Danielson have fresh legs. Not to mention Flecha, who probably wants to ride his home Tour.

I think Fassa ought to start Frigo--he has good form and might be able to win a stage or even threaten for the GC. Danielson should get to ride, but only if he is willing to help Petacchi and the GC contenders. I get the impression from his diaries that he believes he'll be riding for himself (if he rides).
