Yes, I'm in California. I went on to tv.yahoo.com and entered a Denver zipcode and it showed that the Vuelta is showing in Aurora, CO at 1:50pm versus the 12:50pm time here in California. Right now, except for Saturday, 9/4, it doesn't appear that the Vuelta is being shown on the weekend. However, Deportes is playing on TVE at 6:30am on the weekends so I'm hoping TVE is showing the Vuelta live on the weekends. I'll TIVO the first weekend and hope I see cycling and not soccer.
