As far as I know it is copyrighted and they are aggressive about anyone using the emblem outside of IOC purview. I don't know about Richard, but Eki, and Ullrich were a lot more modest, personally something I appreciate. Phonak is a Swiss team and the IOC is based in Lausanne. Will the whole thing be settled with a phone call, or in court?
