Subject: Training

I walk out side and go over to my space ship. I push a button on the out side and a walk way come out of the side. It hits the ground and I start to walk up it and go inside. I turn to the right and go down a coradoor with hundrads of rooms on both sides. I start to walk down it. I look on both side to find the room that has a sign that says Grav Room. After walking a whilw I find it. I walk up to the door it automatically opens and I walk in. I walk over to the Gravitron and turn it up to 10x normal gravity. I listen to the gravitron worming up. After awhile I start to feel the gravity change. When it gets to 10x it is hard to move because I am not use to it. I start to train now. I begin by doing one finger push-ups with my right arm. This is really hard with all the gravity. After about 20 sweat starts to pore off my skin. I do about 50 of them with both arms. Then as I do my last one I just fall to the ground and lay there. I try to get up but I cant the gravity is to much for my first time in the gravity room. I start to crawl over to the control panel to turn off the garvity machine. I start to reach up to push the off button. I struggle for awhile but finally I push it and turn it off. Shit i said that is to hard maybe next time I can get it.
