Subject: New attack

i know i am not a capsule corp. inventor but i think there needs to be an attack between 85,000pl and 150,000pl. i think the new attack maybe should be around 110,000pl take 8 charges and do like around 75,000 damage. I don't really know of a good name but i give it a try Ice Shot.
