Subject: Training

While after I blow up that mountain yesterday I do on a nother search for a good training area. I am walking through a forest and find a wide open place to train. I start my training off with several different kinds of back-flips and front-flipsl.

Back-Flip 4
Back-Flip 5
Back-Flip 6
Back-Flip 7
Back-Flip 8
Back-Flip 9
Back-Flip 10
Back-Flip 11

After that I start to do front-flips.

After doing these I start to Shadow Box Frieza. I start the match with my red aura blazing up. I lunge forward at the imaginary Frieza I hit him in the jaw then jump over him and turn around and round house kick him in the back of the head. I land and wait for him to stand. After he gets up I fire my eye beam at him and hit him dead center of his back. He falls again to the ground. I jump on him landing with my knees on his arms so he can't push me off. I charge to my max and say "U will not hurt anyone no more Frieza." I fire my Final Bang attack right at the back off him head and killed the imaginary Frieza. I stand up and start to walk home from this little training session.
