states, i live in NY, i think you should learn wat state u live in before u work on other things, and justin is just trying to make the rpg better and more exciting, so unless u want a dull rpg where u charge 700 times and then fire with 2 words, and then charge again another 700 times and do the same thing without ever moving u shouldnt comment, and for those of u that think, hmm isnt that wat this rpg is, then ur obviously not reading the rules, or u just suck at rping...
