Subject: Self training

Walking passed the gym I decided to train. I walked in and imeddiately started with punching the punching bag. I threw a left, a right, one after another. Then I started to throw Kicks, a right, oops I knocked it over. Next I moved on to the weights. Lifting as much as i was, i had everybody staring at me. Even so 2,000 lbs wasn't much to me. Then i decided to take a trip outside. I started to jump around, doing Flips and kicking and punching. I started to work on my combos.
