Subject: Training

Training has been excellent the pass few days. I have been gaining way more power than
what I thought I could, and this training was no different. I was running and jumping
higher and faster than I knew was possible. After a about an hour of training by myself,
Gohan decided to give me a few lessons. First he made me do 2,000 push-ups and sit-ups
for a warm up and next was my first real lesson. He started picking up rocks and throwing
them at me. My objective was to dodge them. I was able to dodge the first 50 or so, but
after that I got hit a couple of times because he started to throw them even faster, I was
able to dodge about 30 of them but after that it was over. Next he tied me to a tree with a
rope. Endurence training. He began to beat on me, each blow becoming more powerful
than the last. After he let me loose I was hardly able to move, but still the training went
on. Next was speed,accuracy,and power training. He stood there for a target for me to hit.
Mad from the beating he gave I started to power up. I charged at him with my fist up and
swung at his head...I missed. I pursued him through the forest behind our house. He tried
to hide from me but i could sense his energy. I hid my own energy, and silently snuck up
to him. The second I got close enough I put all my energy in one punch and knocked him
the fuck out. Then I was forced to carry him back to our house. I got a scolding from my
mother for hurting my brother and lets just say I wouldn't train with him for a while. That
was end of my training.
