Subject: Training

Gets up and throws on clothes. after getting dress walks down stairs to the kitchen.
::grabs a snack::
::then does to front door::
::opens it::
::walks out side::
::breaths deep::
ahhh this fresh air smells good.
::jogs off to my special training area in the forest::
::finds a good spot to train::
::starts to use different kinds of punchs::
punch 1
punch 2
punch 3
punch 4
punch 5
punch 6
punch 7
punch 8
punch 9
punch 10
::starts to kick the air with differnt kind of kicks::

kick 3
kick 4
kick 5
kick 6

kick 8

::now I start to do knee thurstes::

::stops and starts to run::
I ran as fast as I could out of the forest and run to the city. After getting to the city I run through it to and keep going. I didn't know when I was going to stop. After I went through the city I started to run to my house. Once I got there I stopped running and went inside my house and said "Thats enough training for today."
