Subject: Training

I wakeup in the morning and go out side and start to train I just start to punch the air as fast as I can punch after punch after punch until feel I have done enough. Then I take five and rest awhile. I charges up to my max and shoot my strongest energy wave. After I fire it off I run infront of it and try to block it. I fail in blocking it and I fry my body. It feels like I am an inch away from the end of my life but I make it. I struggle to get to my bed to rest so I can get better. After I get in bed and rest for awhile like for 3 hours I wakeup and feel as good as new. I go back out side and start to train some more. I powerup again to my max and try to block it again and this time when I try I manage to block it. I say to my self "why could I do it this time but not last time." Aww I forgot I am a saiyan my power increases if I heal after I am damaged to an inch of my life. after my breif thinking to myself I go inside and eat my lunch before I go back out and train some more.
