Your information given on LAKE SHERWOOD "access" is totally false and could get someone arrested. Lake Sherwood is 100% privately owned and managed. It is "posted" for "NO Trespassing" and they mean it. A friend of mine tried sneaking into the lake to fish awhile back and was caught by the security company that works for the owner. The security guard called the Sheriff and my friend was cited for "Trespassing" PLUS all his fishing gear was confiscated. The fine was a hefty $400 from the not so friendly judge. So...your friendly suggestion that access to part of Lake Sherwood is obtainable is most likely going to get some folks arrested.
