Hey Rick, thank you for that info. I will love to watch Alicia's favorite episode. It will make me feel close to her. Closer, rather. I sometimes feel her very near. Hope, too. My husband laughs at me , so feel free to laugh, also. :) As it happens, I just bought season 3 on DVD, but haven't yet had a chance to watch any of it. So I will watch that episode first. Rick, I watched The Lonely House, and I see why Alicia liked it so much. She was a widow and a beautiful woman. I know she went through the same kind of things mentioned about men who wanted to give her what they thought she really wanted from them. She was never a woman like that. She must have believed you were not like that as a man. I can somewhat identify with how she felt. I'm not a widow, but I still know what a lonely house is like. I really like the episode, too, and thought of Alicia all through it. She probably thought of you all through it as being like Little Joe.

Where can I find season 9 on DVD? I would really love to watch Hope's favorites. We liked a lot of the same things. She and I are, were, the same age. Now I truly love Bonanza as Alicia and Hope both did. I love that Little Joe! :)

Cherrie, the only commercial DVD set is in Germany. No US release of season 9 is available yet. The only way to watch it would be on TV or I can send you a copy if you want. Try looking at YouTube, although CBS said they didn't want any complete episodes online.
