City on the Edge of Forever
Kirk and Spock must follow McCoy through the "Guardian of Forever" gateway and wind up in Depression era New York City. Written by Harlan Ellison.

The Menagerie
An amazing two-parter that incorporates considerable footage from The Cage, the original unsold pilot with Jeffrey Hunter as Captain Pike.

Where No Man Has Gone Before
The second pilot, made after The Cage failed to sell the series. Leonard Nimoy returns as Spock and William Shatner portrays Captain James Kirk for the very first time. A milestone episode with superb work by guest stars Gary Lockwood and Sally Kellerman.

Arena
An advanced alien race condemns Kirk to a battle with a "Gorn". It's an action-packed story that still retains its message. Location filming included the scenic Vasquez Rocks, also prominently seen in the Bonanza episode "Between Heaven and Earth".

Amok Time
Spock must return to his home planet to take a wife. Celia Lovsky is memorable as T'Pau, a Vulcan dignitary.

Mirror Mirror
Captain Kirk, along with McCoy, Scotty and Uhura are thrown into a parallel Universe and another Enterprise that is almost, but not quite a mirror image of their own Enterprise. A memorable episode with Barabara Luna and a bearded Spock.

Other favorites include:
Charlie X
The Enemy Within
Shore Leave
Space Seed
The Doomsday Machine
Catspaw
Requiem for Methuselah
All Our Yesterdays
