Subject: Worst commercial ever

A company named Tomcat is running a series of commercials about dead mice:

A friend saw one and commented to me "That's gotta be the worst commercial...ever!"

I told him, no that wasn't the worse commercial ever and described the infamous PAX TV ad for Bonanza with the supposedly comical voice-overs which ended with Pernell Roberts, (the the last 'living' Cartwight), telling Ben, Hoss and Joe "But you guys are dead!", meaning that Lorne Grenee, Dan Blcoker and Michael landon had all passed away. My friend couldn't believe anybody ever ran a commercial that tasteless.

But they did. Anybody remember that one?

It was a promo for the prequel "Ponderosa" in 2001 and it was taken off pretty fast when Bonanza fans complained.
