Subject: What would you do?

I saw " A Stranger Passed This Way" again today on TVLand, and I thought Ben's actions were a little out of character. I understand his concern in not causing any harm to Hoss' mental state, but why wouldn't he insist that Hoss stay at the Ponderosa, regardless whether Hoss recovered or not?

What would you guys do in a similar situation?

I would want my child/adult HOME with me so I could make sure they recieved proper care and hopefully they'd start remembering bits and piece's of their past history with the family.
If you take them from that , it's easy to forget little things that maybe they'd remember and pick up on.
This is just what "I would Do".
People do remember in time , it just takes alittle memory Jogging.

It might not bring his memory back but it would look a lot better than the one he wore in that episode.

First off I'd ask for a better script.

I'll have to "sleep on it".

http://www.wikihow.com/Jog-Your-Memory

" Have you ever woken up with an answer to something that's been bugging you? A 2005 study showed that a good night's sleep triggered an increase in memory and motor skills. They also believe this is a reason infants and children need more sleep than adults, to process more new memories "
