Subject: Tracking a long lost episode!

Hello All!

I am in search of a specific western film my husband watched on television as a child. Below I'll write the description he gave me, but it's a little vague! It aired on television between 1990 and 1995 (so possibly a rerun of Bonanza), it was aired with commercial breaks, and was on an in home TV. Please help as I'm trying to get the perfect Christmas gift!

Description:

Scene has a large caravan moving through the desert. Men keep climbing up trees to look at something, see a flash, and fall out of the tree. Supposedly shot. Every night after this happens, someone (or something) comes and takes one of the horses they have tied up with the caravan. The scene cuts to commercial when the cast looks up and points (as if surprised or seeing something in the distance) and then it's over.

Good luck with that, sweetie. Better yet, buy your hubby some great BONANZA episodes remastered and restored for DVD. Season Three has a great Xmas story: https://www.amazon.com/Bonanza-Season-3-Lorne-Greene/dp/B007V973KI/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_74_img_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=GXDZW37C7THA4N7Z5R6G
