The character Glen (Paul Wilson) sings the Bonanza theme song on the Cheers episode "Someone Single, Someone Blue". Later Glen would become the recurring character Paul. Original air date was March 3, 1983.

Point of correction, the actor's name is Paul Willson, not Wilson.

"Someone Single, Someone Blue" was his first appearance on Cheers, and the only time he was called Glen. Afterwards his character's name became Paul Krapence. He appeared in 55 episodes of Cheers.
