Subject: McClintock

One of my all time Favorite Western Movie's With John Wayne And His Seductive Co-Star > Maureen O'Hara in
McClintock.

She is still alive and very Beautifull. The Red Hair Has Turned Gray Now. I heard she's in her 80's I believe.

I saw her in a recent movie with Richard Thomas ( John-boy Walton ) She Play's a Wealthy woman who takes on a Couple to care for her Large Estate. (Richard Thomas )

It Sadden's Me All these fine People Are Either Passed On , or About to. I was a kid when they were Young.
I'm 56 Now , Yikes I best not slip on a Banana Peel.

Jerry Van-Dyke Was In It. (Dick's Brother )
John Waye's son Patrick was in it.

I better go get a box of kleenex this makes me so sad when I know most of them are gone now.

Yeah, "Just don't fall" ... ride up them stairs (;-)

As in that TV commercial for that stair-lift machine, who has that "simple solution". (;-)

And get this, of you don't have to be in your 50s plus, but read what happened to this kid in his 20s:

Joe

P.S. As for Maureen O'Hare, I saw her on a TV show recently (like maybe last Fall) when some reporter asked her how she felt at 90+ years old, and she said that she is ALMOST 90! not there yet, as in that phrase of: "Not Dead Yet!"

PPS "Aunt Molly" on "How The West Was Won" had read hair too, of now gray. "The Macahans - How The West Was Won" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hBC27Xem-EU of: 4:59 minutes seen: 89,639 times; this one with the William Conrad narrative to the introduction music.

Maureen was , and is still , a very spunky lady.
She got along great with John Wayne.

I may be 56 but I can still get out there and Trim my horse's Feet and saddle my big guy up and ride from Daylight till Dark.

And Cuss like crazy the next morning when I'm stooped over and hurting so bad I can't stand up straight.

It is Horrible to grow older. I think back at all the crazy thing's I did on our ranch and I am lucky to be here alive today. I was a mean little varmit*

Had A Horse Rear-Up , Lose it's Balance , Fall over backward's , breaking my pelvis in half when the saddle horn nailed me in the middle section.
Couldn't walk , had to go to therapy to learn to walk again.
Swore I'd never get on a horse again.
I'm still out there on the trails and Have 2 Big Quarter Horse's I cherish*

I hope Maureen O'hara is around for many more years to come. Your Not Old Untill Your In That Pine Box*
(Just watch out for splinter's)
