Subject: Looking to rent a room

Hello everyone- after 20 years of dreaming, I am finally moving to New Hope area in the fall or winter of this year. I am a professional artist, author, and therapeutic bodyworker (including aromatherapy). I am looking to rent a room in someone's home w/ kithen use. I am a non-smoker, reliable, non-drinker, and person of integrity and am looking for the same. I have no children and no pets. 37 years old.

Needs: low rent, quiet space, non-smoking environment

Possible Offerings/Rent Reduction/Work Exchange: I am a gourmet organic cook who has worked privately for individuals and small families (including Mayor Tim McDononough of Hope, NJ and his wife Maria and daughter)
