Subject: BIKE RIDERS ON RIVER ROAD ARE DANGEROUS

I want to know why bike riders are allowed to ride on River Road or rts 29 & 30? There is no shoulder in many of the areas of both roads and the way both roads snake they make it impossible to pass them sometimes. I have been stuck in backed up traffic for ten min because no one can pass them and this only leads to people growing angry and puts the idiot on the bike in danger. I have driven around a blind bend in the road at 45 MPH to slam on my brakes at my horror to find someone on a bike at the other end of the bend. Yet if one of these knuckle heads gets hit by a car it will be the fault of the driver. This really stinks of grandiose stupidity. They make me want to get out of my car and pull them off their bike and send them to the towpath.
