Subject: no outside music allowed

I work at an outside bar in New Hope, and recently the Boro has decided to put an end to the Backround music. The people come to New Hope for entertainment, food and drinks, only after will the decide to walk around and shop in our stores. Isn't this what we want? Many if not all of my customers are quite disturbed by this new ordinance. Why can't there be a time limit and even a decimal limit simular to the motorcyles (that they harrass). Which brings me to another subject. The street was poled in the spring on a sunday afternoon in which people were asked what brings them to New Hope, and 80% said it was the bikers. If we allow them (Boro Counsil) to keep this up, no one will be back, which obviously affects my financial well being and many others who work in this great town. What can we do?
