Subject: PACCA's treatment of animals and what we can do.

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!

I don't know if you know anything about PACCA, it's Philadelphia's Animal Care And Control Association. Well they don't seem to care and the only control they seem to have is to put animals to sleep. Please read the articles below (if you aren't signed up with the Daily News, it's free). There is a City Council Meeting Monday the 15th at 10am. There is also a petition that we are trying to get signed before the meeting.

If you can get the word out and get people to sign the petition before Monday, maybe the City Council will listen. After you read these articles you will be amazed that they haven't done something immediately. Please help us get the word out and thank you so much for your help!!!!
