We're on the market for a good home for our 1 year American Bulldog. We've only had her about 3 weeks. She's one year old and about 90 pounds. We took her from a woman who had little Yorkies that didn't get along with her. The woman told us that the only other offers she'd had involved turning "Sassy" into a fighting dog. Believe me she has a lot of natural potential for this, but we couldn't let that happen. She' s good with kids, but not good with other animals-- dogs or cats. We don't believe in having a perfectly good dog put down, but we're finding she's too much dog for us. Trying to locate an appropriate home for a dog like her isn't easy. i'm afraid the next person to get a hold of her might have her put down when they realize she's too much for them. If you could please advise us on this situation, we'd appreciate it.
