Hey girlies, you gals sure don't have many posts lately so I thought I'd throw something up and see if I get some replys.
Anyway, did anyone see the trials. I have one word to describe the mens 200, ironic. I couldn't beleive Maurice and Johnson dropped. Johnson qualified in the 400 right? and what place did he get, first? That was crazy, not much to say for distance events except for the womens 800. How about that race, do you think that sister got her? My brother doesn't think so but I do. Anyway, it's pretty neat to have three sisters representin the US in the 800. What do you guys think of Marion? I find her confidence kind of annoying. I guess it's kind of what they used to say about Pre. You either loved him or hated him. However, I don't hate Marion, just dislike her cockiness. Part of me wants her to win and part of me wants her to lose. That Inger girl seems pretty confident too but I want her to upset Marion. Anyway, it's cool to have the US women dominate track, the men too. Well, remember how earlier on the message board I was talking about getting a piercing? On friday I went and got one in my navel. I wasn't about to do it by myself like Nick so I went to some place down on the U city loop with a real good rep. It cost about $25 for the piercing and $25 for this 14 gauge loop with a ball on it that I got. I may buy a curved barbell before I come up to school. For those of you who want to do it at home the way they do it is they mark a dot at the two spots where it will break through the skin and then they pinch it with this weird scissor like thing then they push a needle through then thread the loop in and hook it and thats it. It took about five minutes if that. So, there is a whole bunch of stuff for you guys to talk about. Lets see some posts. Pat
