Subject: long way from home

hi all you mid westerners!! it is HOT here today ... almost 80 degrees!!! can you believe it? okay, really we are just messing with you. have fun with that humidity! ha ha! okay, really, we shouldn't be saying that b/c we will soon have to deal with it too. you gotta love running at 7000 ft though. ouch!!

Somebody I know is going to be back in the K.C. area on the 28th of July, so the K.C. gals should figure out who that could be and maybe we could all do something?

just wanted to let you know that i have not become any more graceful this summer. i have a tendancy to run into rocks and trees and such. today, we were walking here and i nearly ran into the door. good thing that other westerner was here to save me. hee hee.
